On the overseas fee: Life Card's fee-revision notice (lifecard.co.jp/info/241015_1.html) publishes 3.85% for JCB purchases made from 1 December 2024 (JCB's 1.6% plus Life Card's 2.25%), so the figure is recorded as published rather than derived. Rewards are credited in the middle of the following month, not by month end. Official shopping line is up to 2,000,000 yen. Exclusions also cover skip-payment fees.
