Annual cashback equals monthly spend times 12 times the cashback rate. Net annual value subtracts the card's annual fee, any tier subscription cost (for example $4.99/mo for Crypto.com Plus), and an estimated 1.5% crypto-to-fiat conversion fee. Token lockup or holding requirements are not subtracted because the capital is still yours, only illiquid.
Investment level reflects how much capital you are willing to lock up or how much subscription you are willing to pay to unlock higher cashback tiers. Free Only shows base-tier rates with no commitment. Low covers up to $500 lockup or $10/month subscription. Medium covers up to $5,000 lockup or $30/month. High has no limit. The calculator picks the highest tier you qualify for under your selected level.
Cards with a single tier or whose top tier already qualifies under Free Only do not change with investment level. Category-based cards like the Gemini Credit Card show the All Other tier because real cashback depends on your spending mix across categories.
