Wirex BaaS partnership announced April 2026. RE-CONFIRMED 2026-09-18: a direct read of utorgcard.com returns the same notice, that Utrg UAB has temporarily suspended the provision of crypto-asset services to align with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and intends to resume only after obtaining authorisation from the Bank of Lithuania. The page still advertises availability across 30+ EEA countries plus Ukraine and 'zero fees for a limited time' on payments and cross-fiat conversions, with no cashback, no issuance fee and no tier table anywhere on it. Separately, utorg.pro now redirects to a business-to-business white-label site operated by UTORG LABS HOLDING LTD (Abu Dhabi), which offers no consumer card.
