LBank Card (Status): Added to the directory as a Visa debit card with 0.8-2% cashback, 10% on coffee
Tangem Pay (Rewards): Cashback launched, replacing the 0% recorded since launch: Tangem published live rates on 2026-09-16, 1% on Basic capped at $100 a month and 2% on Plus capped at $300, both paid in USDC and both requiring a transaction of at least $30. Cashback does not apply to in-store purchases at EU and UK merchants, tap-to-pay included, though online purchases at EU merchants do earn it. Plus is waitlist-only. A published Prestige tier at 4% for $999 a year is labelled coming soon and is not recorded as a tier
Uphold Card (Rewards, Correction): UK cashback condition corrected from GBP-funded to cash-funded: the UK card page pays 1% on card purchases at home or abroad spent from the cash balance, capped at 100 pounds a month, and excludes only crypto-funded purchases. The previous wording that non-GBP-funded spend earns nothing appears on no Uphold page
Uphold Card (Rewards): US rewards recorded as a three-month introductory period, not a standing rate: the card page states reward value is available for 3 months after activating for cards activated on or after 1 January 2026, and Uphold publishes no rate for month four onward. The 2% Essential and 3-4% Elite tiers are now marked promotional. The UK 1% GBP programme is separate and unaffected
Gnosis Pay (Status): Consumer card and web app discontinued from 20 December 2026: Gnosis Pay announced the shutdown on 2026-09-22, dated 2026-09-21 by some coverage, after which cards stop processing transactions and ATM withdrawals and the web app drops to withdrawal-only. Cashback eligibility ends 30 September 2026 with a final distribution on 7 October, so the four GNO tiers now carry that end date. Funds in the user Safe are self-custodial and unaffected. Partner-issued cards on the same infrastructure continue
Bitget Wallet Card (Rewards): Booster threshold no longer published per market: the card page now states only that $200 to $400 of monthly spend earns up to 3% assetback, dropping the market split recorded here, and points users to the in-app card page for current conditions and reward limits
Bleap Card (Rewards): Published cashback caps replaced with a fair-usage clause: the four category rates are unchanged, but the cashback page no longer states the EUR 500 monthly rides and food cap or any per-merchant streaming cap, saying only that cashback is subject to a fair usage limit
Crypto.com Visa Card (Rewards): Two official pages publish different CRO ladders on the same tier names: crypto.com/eea/cards/ carries the 0-5% ladder recorded here with $25 and $75 monthly caps, while crypto.com/en/cards carries 1.5%, 2.5%, 3.5% and 4.5% capped at $750 to $5,000 a month. The rates here follow the EEA page and are unchanged
BIX Card (Status): Added to the directory as a Visa card spent from USDT/USDC in 99 countries, no cashback yet
MEXC Card (Rewards, Correction): The 4-10% cashback recorded as belonging to MEXC Card APAC only: that is Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. EEA residents get the legacy Mastercard, which pays no cashback
Goblin Card (Fees): The $350 card fee now buys a limited-time bundle: the physical Mastercard plus a virtual Visa with separate limits. The physical card is limited to $2,500 per transaction and no $25,000 monthly limit is published any longer
Sovrae Card (KYC, Correction): KYC reclassified from no-KYC to low-KYC: the terms of service reserve the right to require identity, address and source-of-funds evidence despite the no-KYC marketing
xKard (KYC): Risk warning updated: KYCnot.me now scores xKard 5/10 overall (previously 4/10) and rates it KYC Level 2 of 4
CoinZoom Card (KYC, Correction): KYC reclassified from optional to standard: CoinZoom's help centre makes verification with a photo ID, selfie and video mandatory before deposits, trading or withdrawals
MaxSwap Virtual Card (Fees): Two fees from MaxSwap's virtual card policy recorded: a 5% commission on the card-creation transaction and 0.25 USD for each rejected transaction
BingX Card (Rewards): Cashback recorded as a monthly-spend ladder per BingX's fees article: Virtual Card 2% to 3% (cap up to $100/mo) and Metal Card 3% to 5% (cap up to $150/mo). The Early-Bird Bonus is no longer listed, and the Metal card is free for VIP users with a $180 application fee otherwise
OKX Card (Rewards): EEA non-VIP monthly cashback cap raised from EUR 10 to EUR 50: the change is under the rate table OKX lists as effective from 1 September 2026, and the other EEA tiers are unchanged (VIP 1 4% / EUR 300, VIP 2 4.5% / EUR 450, VIP 3 5% / EUR 1,000, VIP 4+ 10% / EUR 1,000)
Ether.fi Cash (Rewards): Cashback payout asset recorded as ETHFI rather than USDC, and availability expanded: the additions are Singapore and Latin America (including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico), per ether.fi's published country list
Wirex Card (Availability, Correction): Card services recorded as unsupported in Singapore and the US, per Wirex's supported-countries table
COCA Card (Rewards, Correction): Tier mechanics no longer recorded as holding rather than staking: COCA's tier terms and conditions state that staked COCA tokens are locked for the duration of tier membership, while other COCA pages describe holding
Fasset Card (Availability): Fasset now publishes a named eligibility list of 36 countries: 9 Asia-Pacific, 9 Africa and 18 Americas and Caribbean, alongside an exclusion list covering the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Indonesia, Nepal and Nigeria. The recorded region moves from a UAE, SEA and South Asia focus to Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Caribbean, resolving the source conflict flagged on 2026-09-13
OnilX Crypto Card (Status): Status changed to discontinued. OnilX announced it is closing retail operations to focus on B2B infrastructure and opened customer withdrawals from 17 August 2026; its site is now an institutional payments, custody and crypto-as-a-service page with no retail product, and the card page still returns 404. The card was a retail product
Buenbit Card (Status): Status changed to discontinued. The Buenbit brand was absorbed into Nexo: accounts migrated between 1 April and 3 May 2026, with any left over moved automatically by 8 May and the Buenbit account deactivated. buenbit.com now serves the Nexo Argentina site, which markets the Nexo Card instead. The Level 1 to Level 4 cashback ladder recorded here no longer exists
Pinto Pay (Fees, Correction): Card price and top-up fee confirmed at $35 and 2.5% on pintopay.me. This settles an earlier conflict over a 2026 report that issuance had become free. A $10 first-purchase signup bonus is also advertised; it is a one-off, not an earning rate
Laso Finance Card (Fees, Correction): Fee schedule confirmed against laso.finance rather than third-party trackers: 0% on US and Canadian non-reloadable cards, 3.8% plus about 2% FX on international ones, free reloadable cards. Order-amount ranges recorded for the first time at $5-$1,000 (US) and $100-$1,000 (international)
Binance Japan Card (Card & issuer, Correction): Card network restored to JCB, reversing the 2026-08-27 change below. That change conflated the issuer with the network: Life Card Co., Ltd. is the issuing company, not a payment network, so the field could not be correct as written. Japanese coverage is consistent that Life Card issues and JCB is the international brand. The 3.85% overseas figure is restored to a derived estimate rather than a removal, and is labelled as derived in the fees field
Bitbank EPOS CRYPTO Card (Rewards, Correction): Reward asset corrected from ASTR to XRP. Across five reads of the Epos collaboration page since 2026-09-06, XRP is present in four and ASTR in two, and three reads independently returned exactly Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple, the only list matching the page's own three-selectable-assets heading. Annual fee confirmed at zero, resolving the 2,000 yen and 10,000 yen figures two extractions returned on 2026-09-06 as the welcome bonus and a bad extraction
OnilX Crypto Card (Status): Operational doubt recorded, status unchanged: the card page onilx.com.br/cryptocard-onilx/ now returns 404 while the homepage still links to it, and Livecoins reported on 9 September 2026 that OnilX has ceased operating in Brazil, citing 470+ Reclame Aqui complaints and missed withdrawal deadlines. The claim is one columnist's, with no statement from OnilX, so the card stays active pending a second independent confirmation
Slash Card (Card & issuer, Correction): Card type corrected from Debit to Credit. slash.vision describes the product as a USDC-collateral-type Visa card, meaning the USDC is posted as collateral rather than drawn down at the point of sale, and Orico is the BIN sponsor; four independent outlets describe it as Japan's first crypto credit card
Binance Card (LATAM/Africa) (Rewards, Correction): Venezuela campaign end date corrected from Sep 12 to Sep 24, 2026. It runs 24 August to 24 September per DiarioBitcoin, so the campaign was recorded as over while still running. Its cashback is banded rather than a flat up-to-3%: 1.5% below USD 100 of monthly spend, 2% from USD 100 to 1,000 and 3% above USD 1,000, capped at USD 100 a month. The 5 USDC signup figure is 3 USDC after a first purchase of USD 10+ plus 2 USDC after four purchases totalling USD 50+ in 30 days
Bit2Me Card (Availability, Correction): Availability corrected from EEA plus Argentina to EEA only. Bit2Me's residence article states that only users with a registered tax residence in the EEA can use the card and lists 29 EEA countries with no Argentina, matching the card-eligibility note already recorded against the banking fields
Binance Card (LATAM/Africa) (Availability): Venezuela rollout progressed: the 3,000-user waitlist filled immediately and a second campaign extended eligibility to 24,600 users at up to 3% monthly cashback capped at USD 100, running to Sep 12, 2026. Cards are still being enabled individually, so Venezuela remains a gradual rollout rather than general availability
Fasset Card (Availability, Correction): Availability narrowed to what the card page states: issuance in 40+ countries rather than the 125+ markets the platform serves, with Turkey and Vietnam named among the residency exclusions (both were previously listed here as available). Onboarding is now live rather than gated behind a connect-wallet priority list
Solayer Pay (formerly Emerald Card) (Rewards): The up to 10% cashback promotion that ran 29 July to 29 August 2026 has expired. It was time-boxed and did not establish an ongoing rate; the card's published rewards remain points only
SpectroCoin Card (Fees): Card maintenance fee removed: SpectroCoin's help centre now states there is no monthly card maintenance fee, retiring the EUR 1.15/mo (about EUR 12/yr) we carried, so the annual fee is now EUR 0. The same page puts virtual and plastic issuance, plastic delivery, wallet load and unload, and currency exchange all at no charge, which conflicts with the EUR 1 virtual and EUR 5 physical issuance read off the fee table on 2026-08-27
Wayex Card (Card & issuer): Wayex has held its own Australian Financial Services Licence, AFSL 568528, since 27 August 2026. This replaces the authorised representative arrangement it previously operated under; its Financial Services Guide, PDS and Target Market Determination were reissued at the same time
Avici Card (Security): Card balances were drained through an outdated card smart contract in August 2026. Avici confirmed on 29 August that it would reimburse all 1,685 affected users in full, put its own confirmed card-balance loss at $500,859, and said issuing partner Rain had patched the vulnerability; researchers traced a wider laundering trail of roughly $1M. Collateral held in the user-controlled contract was not the vector
Solflare Card (Status): Still not working. Solflare's card page promised a return with Apple Pay, higher limits and cashback "in August"; August passed with no go-live announcement and no new issuer named, so the card has now been dead for over five weeks following issuer Kulipa's collapse on 28-29 July 2026. Funds were never at risk, as the card debited from the user's own wallet at the point of purchase
OKX Card (Availability): Published country-by-country availability list recorded: it comes from OKX help centre pages (EEA, Singapore, Brazil, Africa, Pakistan). Venezuela, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are left off the list because no official OKX page names them
Ether.fi Cash (Rewards, Correction): Core 3% rate recorded as the standing rate rather than a promotion: Ether.fi's help centre publishes it with a 3% / 1% / 0.5% step-down
